Snow Miser is a fictional character from the 1974 stop-motion Christmas television special The Year Without a Santa Claus. He is one of the two brothers representing the elements, the other being Heat Miser. Snow Miser, voiced by actor Dick Shawn, controls winter weather and is characterized by his icy demeanor and snow-themed appearance. He’s known for his signature song, “Snow Miser’s.. The Snow Miser and Heat Miser song from the 1974 Christmas TV special, The Year Without A Santa Claus.
